Mac is currently the Throws Coach for USA Track & Field at the US Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista California.  He coaches top US post collegiate throwers with the potential of earning medals in the World Championships and Olympic Games.

He is an internationally known lecturer and coach for the throwing events.

As a speaker, Mac shares his passion for learning through stories and lessons he has learned to a range of audiences from businesses to youth groups.  He has been a keynote speaker for groups ranging from the National Education Association to AT&T.
